BCC Nose Tip
These are difficult to treat as there is very little spare skin. A
2mm clearance all around mostly requires a skin graft. Full thickness
grafts look best but are more likely to fail. If you are going to do
it, try split skin on a few first. The contracting graft will improve
gradually the appearance. Flaps are not available for this spot.
